Our resource directories are web-based listings of organizations and the services they provide. The information can be accessed by the public and updated by the organizations 24x7. The standard is a public directory but directories can be configured as private or internal.
Partnership for Human Services is making resource directories available to all areas of human services at no charge. We are working in workforce development, prisoner re-entry / restorative justice, and emergency and disaster response. We are looking for partners in homelessness and other areas of human services.
The first web-based resource directory went public in 2001 for Restorative Justice Community. The US Department of Labor later licensed the technology for SHARE Network to engage Faith Based and Community Organizations as committed and active partners in the workforce system.
Access to reliable and current information as contained in the web-based directories has proved invaluable for communities, states, and the nation. Partnership for Human Services has taken resource directories beyond basic information retrieval.
Our directories facilitate information exchange with other applications which extends framework to actively and collaboratively engage more organizations and individuals. As framework grows new opportunities to connect and share information become apparent which again extends framework to engage more organizations and individuals. The cycle continues building capacity and productivity.
